BJG Solutions Limited have been the sole service provider for Essex County Fire & Rescue for a number of years. They cater for all of our recovery needs for any vehicle operated by ECFRS including our retail workshop clients. From recovery of our fleet of vehicles including cars, vans, and all of our Fire Appliances to assisting with Major Incidents involving complex Rescues. BJG are able to deal with any of our requirements, quickly, efficiently, safely and with a very high degree of professionalism. BJG also provide ECFRS with bespoke training for our staff either at our premises or at their brand new Training and Development Centre at Basildon.  

 We are a Mercedes Benz dealer group based in the South East of England, BJG Solutions provide us with Roadside Assistance and Recovery services. The Service BJG provide to our Group is second to none, we maintain a consistently high achievement in our KPI's due to the professionalism and level of communication supplied by BJG. Regardless of whether we call them out to a Sprinter Van breakdown, or a 44 Tonne Refrigerated Artic on its side, they deal with the problem with a great deal of professionalism, expertise and efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough!  

 BJG Solutions are our Service Provider for the Breakdown, Recovery and Maintenance of our fleet of 20 vehicles based in Essex. They provide me with a 'one stop shop' for any problem I encounter with our fleet of vehicles. In addition they also manage and control the Roadside Assistance and Recovery of the fleet Nationwide. I only ever have to make one call to BJG and the problem is solved. The service is first class and I would recommend BJG to anybody who operates a vehicle fleet of any size.  

 BJG Solutions Limited are our preferred supplier for all of our recovery needs, they provide us with a first class service for anything from a broken down panel van, to a serious incident involving a Chemical Tanker. They are able to take a single phone call from us and go off and deal with any problem involving any vehicle anywhere in the county. They will manage the job for us and keep us continually updated throughout the process, as a Main Dealer this is essential for us to maintain our strict communication standards. They provide us with everything we need from a basic recovery solution to a Senior Incident Manager to liaise with the various agencies on our clients behalf. I cannot recommend them highly enough - First Class!!
